Menopause Cafe

Hello and Welcome!

The Menopause Cafe is for women to gather and discuss all aspects of menopause in a safe space including symptoms, personal experiences and the various treatments and options available.

The cafes will be a space to support each other though we do plan on booking some guest speakers and various other things throughout the year. Suggestions and requests welcome!

The facilitators are not medically trained or experts in this area but we are passionate about helping people find the support they need and giving them the confidence and knowledge to advocate for themselves.

Booking is not necessary - but eventbrite helps me remember things I want to do by sending me reminders, one of my brain fog hacks!
