What's a Menopause Cafe? Menopause Café (www.menopausecafe.net) was started by Rachel Weiss in Perth, Scotland. The cafes are directed conversation about menopause with no set agenda. It's a discussion group rather than a support or counselling session. People usually split into small groups and you're welcome to just listen, but we hope you'll join in. Who's it for? Anyone interested in sharing their stories, experiences and questions about menopause. All genders and all ages welcomed.

Who's organising it? BCU-based volunteers will facilitate the cafes and BCU's 'The VQ' & Athena Swanare organising & sponsoring it.

How do I sign up? Book a FREE spot on Eventbrite for *either* the City Centre or City South Menopause Cafe (check the title of the evenbrite page to be sure you've got the right one) so that we know how many people are coming and we have enough cake for all!
