Menopause Decoded: Knowledge, Confidence & Everyday Tools

🔥 99% of women said their menopause or peri-menopause symptoms had a negative impact on their career (Newson Health).💼 1 in 10 women leave their job due to menopause symptoms, rising sharply where workplace support is lacking (Fawcett Society).🧬 Low oestrogen levels, common in menopause, may increase your risk of Long Covid (King’s College London).

This isn’t just another wellbeing session.

This is the workshop that could change how you understand your body, your health, your work, and your relationships.

Most of us were never taught this stuff — so imagine the power of:

✅ Understanding what’s going on in your body

✅ Feeling confident to speak with your GP and asking for the right support

✅ Building your own menopause toolkit

✅ Knowing how to talk to your employer about what you need

Whether you're: experiencing symptoms, managing a team, supporting a partner, or📚 simply want to be better informed — this workshop is for you.

🧘‍♀️ You’ll learn:

-What menopause really is and who it impacts

-The physical, mental, and emotional signs to look out for

-The science behind the changes

-Practical, everyday tips you can take away and use immediately

📅 Join us for an educational and empowering session that will leave you feeling more confident in making informed choices for your wellbeing at this time of life.
