This will be a safe space for us to come together as women to talk uncensored and uninhibited.

Can I attend even if I am not menopausal ?

Absolutely, the run up to the menopause can starts ten years before our last period. Being informed is our super power to navigating this safely and following updated and evidence based guidance.
