Susanna will talk about what menopause is, when it is likely to happen and what symptoms can be expected. She will look at things that can help including lifestyle interventions and alternative treatments, and then focus on the pros and cons of HRT. Finally, she will look at the effect of menopause in the workplace, with strategies to help improve things.
