After our successful pilot project we are thrilled to announce we have secured new funding to ensure we can continue offering this valuable suppport.
OUR AIMS:
- to be supportive and inclusive space dedicated to discussing menopause and its impact on our lives, bodies and families.
- be able to share experiences, tips, talk to others and provide valuable insights into navigating the menopause journey.
- to provide a safe and welcoming space so people are confident in listening and talking to other like-minded people.
- to try and reduce any stigma, increase awareness, and promote support with each other.
We will keep an open mind with topics as Menopause is very varied and can affect people in different ways. Therefore, the sessions will be open to change and will try and suit the people who are attending.
We are also able to share and provide information about available resources, that can provide additional support, guidance, and information

The session is bespoke and depends on what you need. Threrefore, Mandi will tailor the session to what people need to know.
Talking can help you unravel what you are experiencing. It can also help build your confidence in what is happening to your body. Menopause is different and people will experience it in different ways.
