Who is the event for?

Whether you're going through menopause, have already been through it, or want to know what to expect when the time comes, this event will be perfect for you. Or, if you want to support a family member or work colleague through menopause, come along and gain some insightful information.

What can I expect from the event?

With a fabulous range of groups, businesses and professionals attending, the event is the perfect opportunity to gain knowledge, speak to others to share your experience, or maybe try some wellbeing acupressure or yoga!

Do I have to stay for the full three hours?

The event is a drop-in afternoon. Attendees are free to come just for a quick look around, or stay for the entirety of the event.

Do I have to take part in the Yoga or Acupressure?

No, these are optional additional sessions. There are a limited number of spaces available on each session however and you will need to book onto this session separately to secure your place.

Where will the workplace massages take place?

The workplace taster massages will take place in the same location as the event. These are an over-the-clothes massage experience, with no oils used.
