In this interactive, online workshop you'll learn realistic and practical tips about how dietary solutions may impact symptoms of falling oestrogen, such as hair loss, dry skin, hot flushes, insomnia, brain fog, fatigue and more.

I will help you unravel the minefield of misinformation around managing menopausal symptoms, including promotion of expensive supplements. You will come away with a clear strategy for how to feel the best you can at this stage of life.

As a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr), with Masters’ degrees in both Nutrition and Psychology, I work with people to improve their relationship with food. In peri-menopause myself and unable to take HRT due to cancer history, I understand how debilitating symptoms of menopause can be.
