Sally Sidani-Wilkinson specialises in helping businesses create menopause-supportive workplaces so that menopause doesn’t disrupt careers or business performance.

Sally is a Registered Health Coach and Menopause Wellbeing Practitioner. Trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), accredited by the UK & International Health Coach Association (UKIHCA) and founder of Re-Balance By Sally.

Perimenopause and menopause symptoms can range from frustrating to debilitating, leading many organisations to lose experienced and valuable talent. Sally is passionate about changing this narrative to help close the gender gap. Through tailored workplace workshops, she enables businesses to:
