Join us for an interactive evening exploring the role of exercise during the menopause for people living with MS. We’ll look at why exercise makes a difference, the types of activity that can help, and how to adapt movement to your own situation.

We’ll be joined by Dr Lorna Paul, who will share her expertise and guide us through practical demonstrations and discussion.

🗓 When: 22nd October, 6 pm–8 pm
💻 Where: Zoom (link sent after booking)

What to expect:

  • A small, supportive group of people with MS from across the UK
  • Insights into the benefits of exercise during menopause
  • Examples of suitable exercises you can try safely
  • Time for discussion and shared learning

Please note: we can’t provide advice on individual medical circumstances or personal health queries.

What you’ll need to take part:

  • A laptop, tablet, or phone with microphone and camera
  • A stable internet connection
  • Access to Zoom (link provided once you book)

Important information:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and some pre-reading once you register (please check your junk/spam folder if it doesn’t appear).
  • You can also access the session through your Eventbrite account.
