Held at the stunning Alderley Edge Hotel in Cheshire, this nurturing retreat combines expert-led health sessions with restorative practices, delicious food, and beautiful surroundings — the perfect space to rest, replenish, and restore.

What’s Included:
- Yoga for Menopause & Perimenopause – with Trix, The Sleep Yogi, specialising in sleep and hormonal wellbeing. A session suitable for all levels and experience.
- Menopause Experts Panel – with Dr Laura Clark and Dr Katie Hilton, women’s health doctors and co-founders of The Lifestyle Health Clinic. Combining medical expertise with a holistic, lifestyle approach, they support women with evidence-based options around menopause, perimenopause, HRT and non HRT treatments , and overall wellbeing. They’ll be joined by guest therapists for an interactive, evidence-based Q&A.
- Facial Reflexology for Hormonal Balance – with Jill Reeves, reflexologist specialising in women’s health. An interactive session and teaching techniques to help you ease hot flushes, calm anxiety, and reduce stress
- Healthy Light Lunch & Refreshments – nourishing food to fuel both body and mind
- Exclusive Goody Bag – curated wellbeing gifts to continue your journey at home

Spaces are limited to keep the retreat intimate and supportive. Early booking is recommended.

Not at all. The yoga session is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who already practise. All abilities are welcome — come as you are.
No need — mats are provided. If you’d prefer to bring your own, you’re very welcome.
Anything comfortable that you can move easily in. Leggings, joggers or stretchy trousers are ideal.
Yes, refreshments and a nourishing brunch are included as part of the retreat. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements or allergies.
Arrival is from 9.30am with yoga starting promptly at 10am. The retreat will finish by 2.30pm.
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available on site.
Absolutely — many people attend on their own, and you’ll be warmly welcomed.
