In this interactive, online workshop you'll learn realistic and practical tips about how dietary solutions can protect future health through menopause and beyond. First of two linked sessions.

Falling oestrogen levels not only create physical symptoms, but they also affect important aspects of your health. The change in hormones increases the risk of several serious diseases, relating to bone health, heart health, cancer risk, weight gain, anxiety and depression. It is therefore vital for ALL women, whether they have menopausal symptoms or not, to adjust their diet as they age.

As a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr), with masters degrees in both Nutrition and Psychology, I work with people to improve their relationship with food. In peri-menopause myself, I am in the perfect position to help you get to grips with healthy ageing through peri-menopause, menopause and beyond.
