Join Janie Fox ( YOGASPACE) and Tamara Jones ( LOVING HEALTHY) on a Menopause workshop designed to educate and explore a holistic and healthy approach in a bid to not only sail through the menopause but also empower you as a woman.
This is a time to take care of yourself by making healthy lifestyle choices. Eating well and being physically active will make this midlife transition easier.
Symptoms such as hot flashes, depression, mood swings and insomnia are common. This workshop will inform you about natural ways to relieve symptoms and reduce the health risks associated with menopause.
What to expect;
- Enjoy a gentle yoga session with Janie specifically designed to relax and release tension, level the hormones and stimulate their production.
- Tamara will be sharing her expert knowledge on diet, nutritional supplements, and herbs relevant to easing the body and mind during this transitional period.
- Learn how to make, healthy energy balls, along with tips for choosing super foods that help fuel your body and taste great.
