*and special guest, make-up artist Mei Seach sharing her midlife make-up hacks.
As we know menopause can bring so many challenges and hot flushes bring discomfort and practical concerns with application of make-up. In this session Mei will address these issues and inspire an entirely new way of approaching make-up as we move through these changes.
Along with yoga, mindfulness, breath practices, and circling together, the knowledge and practice you receive will give you the tools to bring some peace of mind and empower you to take positive action in the months and years to come.

About Mei
Mei has over 25 years’ experience as a makeup artist, working for many years in London with clients such as Viviene Westwood and brands such as Agent Provocateur, Loreal, Redken, Kerastase, and Trevor Sorbie with shows at both London and Paris fashion week. She was chief UK makeup artist for Japanese brand Shu Uemura and ran regular workshops and consultations at the London Oncology Centre on Harley Street.
Whilst Mei is an expert in her field with a career embedded in the world of fashion, her real passion is in being able to help transform women and encapsulate their beauty even when they are at their lowest point.
About Ceri
Ceri has taught yoga and run global retreats as her main profession since 2001. Her nuanced teaching style is from the Sivananda lineage, inviting opportunity to find physical challenge and increasing strength through paying close attention to even the most basic postures, whilst integrating her knowledge of yoga philosophy, expertise with the breath, and specialty of menopause Yoga into her unique approach.
Based in North Wales, Ceri is also a midlife mentor and the yoga contributor to UK award winning magazine Menopause Matters. She owns and manages the Yoga Light Centre, Ruthin, a yoga studio with guest accommodation offering yoga classes and wellbeing packages for health, peace of mind and connection to the authentic self.
