Join us for our Men's Breakfast on Saturday 11th October at Pinner Baptist Church - Paines Lane. We'll be gathering from 9 - 11am to enjoy a delicious breakfast together and to hear from Richard Powney, senior research manager at Bible Society.
Come and hear Richard's powerful testimony of how God led him to come to faith following a life-threatening illness caused by alcohol abuse. On becoming a follower of Jesus, Richard worked in Uganda before completing a master's degree in theology. Since then he has been involved in various research projects focusing on the UK Church, including the Talking Jesus research. Since 2021, he has project managed The Patmos Survey. Richard lives in Newbury, is married to Kit and has twin daughters, Phoebe and Isla. He's a regular runner and enjoys watching or playing most sport.
