Meet your guides:
James Lambert - Engage to Suceed
Formerly a Global Director of Talent Acquisition in a FTSE 250 company, he appeared to have it all, yet behind the success he was battling inner turmoil that led to broken relationships, financial struggles, and hitting rock bottom in 2020. That crisis sparked a deep personal journey of rebuilding from the inside out, drawing on tools such as cold water therapy, meditation, and energetic work to rediscover joy, faith, and purpose. Leaving the corporate world behind, he now uses his experiences, insights, and healing practices to help men remove their masks, face their inner battles, and create lives of authentic happiness and meaning. The foundation of James’ work is to help people to “Love your LIFE… MORE… Every Day!”
Chris Wimshurst – Bearwolf Coaching
Chris Wimshurst has been coaching since 2018, combining his background in business psychology, cognitive behavioural coaching, and breathwork to help people reconnect - with themselves, their values, and the natural world.
Chris’s style is grounded, compassionate, and real. He believes in self-kindness, resilience, and the power of getting outside. This isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, practical, and rooted in a deep understanding of how we grow, heal, and move forward.
James O’Keefe – Unguarded Warrior
James O’Keefe is the founder of Unguarded Warrior, a powerful platform for emotional resilience, breathwork, and ice bath therapy. With a background in elite performance and mental health advocacy, James combines physical challenge with emotional openness to help people reconnect with their strength. His sessions strip back the layers, encouraging full-body presence, vulnerability, and release. Through conscious breath, cold exposure, and authentic connection, James supports others in moving through fear, anxiety, and self-doubt to rediscover inner peace. His mission: to show that true strength lies in being unguarded, grounded, and fully human.
