Yes, this class has been organised for men. Set in the provender, you'll have the space to yourselves without any onlookers.

Do I need to book?

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No ID requirements, although anyone under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.

I'd like to come, but I can't find childcare?

Not to worry! Come and take part in the class and little ones can play in the activity zone we've set up dedicated for kids. With the open space, you'll still be able to be right next to them whilst enjoying your session!

Where is the Art Gallery?

Enter the market via the Stables Yard Entrace on Chalk Farm Road. Turn right and to the left of the astro turf steps is a row of stable doors. We're based at 714-716 Stables Market, next to Hook Jelly Records.

What should i bring with me?

All equipment is provided, just make sure you're wearing something comfortable to exercise in and a pair of trainers.
