MEN'S GUIDED MEDITATION & SOUNDSCAPE - BECAUSE MEN NEED SPACE TO REST & RESET TOO.
Release the tensions of the week and immerse yourself in the transformational sounds and vibrations of a sonic soundscape.
Settle down for the hour and allow the soundscapes to take you to a deeper state of rest and relaxation which in turn can rebalance the mind and body.
The session will start with a guided meditation which will lead into a relaxing soundscape using sound healing instruments such as a Monolini, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Crystal Harp, Nepalese Wind Gong, Frame Drum, Ocean Drum, Zaphir Chimes and more.
Sound has many benefits that can include:
Improved sleep and memory, reduced stress, decreased anxiety and depression, lowered blood pressure and profound relaxation.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a a yoga mat or something to lie down on, a pillow and warm blanket,( eye mask/hot water bottle if you want to be extra cosy). A bottled drink of water is also advisable. Arrive looking like you are going camping! You will be lying down for the session so comfort is key.
Please arrive at 6:20 pm so you can set up your space in the hall and get yourself comfortable so I can lock the doors and ensure the space is as peaceful as can be to start at 6.30pm.
**Please note that this event is not suitable for people with epilepsy (especially sound induced), and people with severe mental health disorders, or anyone fitted with an electrical device such as a pacemaker**
