Walking Mindfulness with Rener Wellbeing, brought to you by the South Westminster BIDs

About this event

The South Westminster BIDs are collaborating with Rener Wellbeing as part of Men's Mental Health Week 2021.

This mindfulness session aims to help you reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, come back to the present moment, and to also benefit from the physical activity of walking.

It is hosted on zoom, so you can listen on your phone with your camera off.

You can walk around your house or flat, but ideally we invite you to take some time out of your day to walk outside.

About Michel Rener:

MBSR qualified mindfulness instructor: Michel, an educational psychologist and MBSR qualified mindfulness instructor, has over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and organisations across the world with many different aspects of their wellbeing. Recently he has been running guided mindfulness sessions for UK and Global organisations, including some based in the Shard.
