Wednesday Evening Online Peer Support Group for Men
This safe, supportive online space is for men who have experienced domestic abuse and want to connect with others who understand. Led by trained volunteers Abdurrahman and Khalid, the group offers a respectful and confidential environment to share, reflect, and build resilience together.
Each month we focus on a different theme—such as self-care, resilience, healthy boundaries, self-esteem, and processing personal experiences—with open discussions, peer support, and opportunities to learn from one another.
