Is there free parking?

Yes, Mill Hill Nature Reserve in Shoreham does offer free parking. The nature reserve itself has a dedicated car park where visitors can park without charge.

Absolutely- dogs are welcome! As long as your dog is friendly and comfortable around people and other dogs, they’re more than invited to join the walk.

How many people will be there?

We’re keeping the group small and intentional to create a meaningful experience. Around 5–10 people per walk.

We’ll still walk- unless the weather’s really extreme. Bring a waterproof and we’ll embrace the elements together.

Do I need to be super fit to join?

Not at all. This is a steady-paced walk, suitable for most fitness levels. It’s more about connection than cardio.
