Is this for me if I no longer bleed?

YES ! As women we are eternally cyclical . We also bring in moon energies into our sessions rather than the menstrual cycle if you are no longer bleeding for whatever reason.

Is this a group for women on hrt?

Yes ! With conscious cycle awareness we can learn to work more effectively with the cycle we have .
