Overview
Welcome to Mental Detox Program — your chance to transform your mindset, build Mental Health Awareness, deepen your understanding of Psychology, gain practical Counselling skills, learn Mental Health First Aid, and operate confidently in roles like Support Worker. This limited‑offer program is designed as a low‑commitment course that blends essential Psychology theory with hands‑on Counselling practice, Mental Health Awareness training, and Mental Health First Aid certification elements—all while preparing you for a Support Worker or related pathway. We will never offer this exact version again. If you miss this offer, you miss your chance to get in at this level.
Description
The Mental Detox Program is a compact, powerful learning experience built for people who want to grow their Mental Health Awareness, strengthen skills in Counselling, understand Psychology, get hands‑on with Mental Health First Aid, and step into the world of being a Support Worker. We know your time is precious—so we designed it as a low‑commitment course: a few hours per week, online modules, flexible schedule, no heavy prerequisites.
You will explore core Psychology topics: brain function, stress, trauma, self‑esteem, cognitive behaviour—all with a focus on Mental Health Awareness. You will receive guided training in Counselling basics: active listening, empathy, boundary setting, conversation techniques. You will also get certified or credentialed exposure to Mental Health First Aid: how to respond in mental health crises, how to intervene, how to assist someone in need. And you will train in the competencies needed to work as a Support Worker: how to support people, how to advocate, build safe spaces, liaise with services.
Because our cohort is small and offer is limited, we’ll close enrollment once capacity is reached. This specific structure combining Mental Health Awareness, Psychology, Counselling, Mental Health First Aid, and Support Worker pathway will not be repeated. If you delay, the next version might cost more or be stripped down. Act now.
