Welcome to the Mental Elf 5K Fun Run Knaresborough! Get ready to lace up your running shoes and join us for a festive and fun-filled event at Conyngham Hall on Sun 30th Nov 2025. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a good time, this event is perfect for everyone. Come dressed in your best elf costume and spread some holiday cheer as you run, jog or walk through the beautiful surroundings of Conyngham Hall. Event Schedule
- 9:30 AM: Registration opens
- 10:00 AM: Choir performance
- 10:30 AM: Fancy dress competition judging
- 10:50 AM: Pre-run warm-up by Coach Gyms
- 10:55 AM: Run briefing
- 11:00 AM: Run begins (started by MP Tom Gordon)
Proceeds from this event will go to Mind in Harrogate District (registered charity no. 1151271) to help us fund a new service for children and young people's mental health.
