About this event
Mental Health and the Workplace
How can we introduce conversations around mental health into our workplace? How can we promote a culture of openness, where stigma is decreased and everyone feels welcome?
This year, possibly more than ever, we all need to take care of ourselves, and of each-other - this webinar will give you a simple and clear guide to how to support others in a work context.
Exploring the impact our mental health has on us in the workplace; how to identify the signs & symptoms of fluctuating wellbeing; exploring stress and its effect on us.
With lots of practical tools and tips for supporting ourselves and colleagues to stay well in work.
We know that you want to help and support your employees - so we are offering a free space in this workshop to local SME Managers and Owners (third sector or private businesses with up to 250 staff)
