Mental health awareness and Self image outside of work workshop

This event is the first of its kind. It is to use fashion to promote self confidence and the need to be aware of our mental well-being, bearing in mind the importance of engaging in the activities of daily living... such as having a shower/bath, dressing up, not worrying about what to combine etc.
The guest speakers for the event include:
The Lord Mayor of Nottingham
Associate Professor at the Mental health institute of University of Nottingham.. Dr Theo Stickley
Lola Royle - Presenter and senior stylist
Zoe Davies - the winner of the "inspiring women award"
Smiffy Artist - 7xaward winner, a charity rapper and mental health inspirationall speaker
..... and other healthcare professionals
Fashion show presenter - Marks & Spencer Nottingham
This is a free event not to only promote social inclusion outside of work, but to also encourage employers and employees to be aware of their self image outside of work and the need to seek help if they are struggling mentally and emotionally.
It is also to create awareness to stamp down loneliness and other mental health issues.
Free refreshments will be served on the day...
