This interactive workshop is for first line Managers, Supervisors or Team Leaders who want to know more about Mental Health, how to have conversations around Mental Health and support their own wellbeing.
Mental Health has been talked about a lot more over the last 5 years, however there is still a stigma to Mental Health. We need to change the cultures that we are working in, to encourage open conversations, recognise the most common Mental Health issues and understand that one size doesn't fit all!
In this workshop we will:
• Recognise the most common Mental Health issues
• Identify how to start a welfare conversation with an employee and what to do about the conversation
• Describe what support you have in the workplace and what else could you do
• Identify more practical solutions to support your own Mental Health
• Plan how you will grow your positive wellbeing culture in your team
