In conjunction with Cheshire East Council, Youth Fed are offering free sessions on the topic of Mental Health Awareness. The topics covered are:

• Anxiety, Stress, Depression

• Body Image & Eating Disorders

• Drug & Substance Abuse

• Self Esteem & Confidence

• Self-Harm & Suicide

• Mental disorders & difficulties

• What to do... support services

Learners will receive a Youth Fed certificate at the end of the course as recognition.

Eligibility: Learners must be over 19 years of age and resident in either CH CW or WA postcodes (please contact Mike Jones at Youth Fed directly (contact details below) as exclusions may be applicable)

• The event is free for learners. If you have any queries please contact Mike Jones, Training Programme Coordinator at michaelj@youthfed.org

• Hot and cold drinks will be provided. Lunch is not provided so please ensure you have made arrangements.

• Doors open at 9:00am for a 9:30am start. End of day at 4:00pm
