This year's focus for Mental Health Awareness Weekn is Stress. Research has shown that 16 million people experience a mental health problem each year, and stress is a key factor in this.

By tackling stress, we can go a long way to tackle mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, and, in some instances, self-harm and suicide. We will look at how we can tackle stress and help improve our mental health.

Be. Wellbeing is a poineer in corporate mental health and workplace wellbeing and this event will be no different in bringing you professionals who can help you and your company to evolve further in how you think, talk and act on the mental health topic taking care of your biggest assett, your employees.

This event is perfect for HR, Leadership team members and line managers.
