The current state of affairs has undoubtedly increased day to day stress levels. Just like holding tightly onto a handful of sand causes the grains to sift out of our hands faster, a stressed mind is not dissimilar. In constantly trying to juggle too much, our mind feels tired, hence obstructing our path to peace.
But it doesn't have to be this way. Join us in this session as we look into ways to cope with stressful situations more efficiently. Through the impact of mindfulness, we'll learn how to avoid and handle stress in our uber-connected daily life.
We'll primarily focus on:
