Part of a series of adult support workshops, to develop inclusivity across the County, this session aims to help adult volunteers with mental health amongst sections.
The session will be run by the ADHD Foundation, looking at the underlying triggers to mental health and give practical solutions to deal with mental health from young people within sections.
