A 1 day course which will give you the following outcomes:

- Why mental health in the workplace is important.

- Understand stigma and discrimination with an overview of legal obligations as an employer.

- Learn more about two of the most common mental health conditions depression and anxiety.

- Recognise the early warning signs of mental ill health in the workplace.

- Develop confidence in having a supportive conversation with someone about their mental health using the ALGEE framework.

- Know where to signpost someone for relevant support.

- How to support the recovery of mental ill health in the workplace.

Every delegate will receive a workbook, manual, action plan and certificate on completion of the course.

Course duration – Full day 9am – 5pm.
