This 1 day Intensive Mental Health First Aid mental health awareness and skills course qualifies you as a MHFA Champion. Looking at what keeps us mentally healthy in the workplace, how to support someone with a mental health issue and how to create a mentally healthy workplace this is a superb addition to the MHFA course set and perfect for those who want maximum information and training but are time limited

Everyone who completes the course gets an MHFA manual to keep and refer to whenever they need it and a certificate to say they are a MHFA Champion.

About the trainer:

Helen is a qualified Nurse with professional, clinical experience in mental wellbeing settings and over 20years experience in Occupational Health, specialising in supporting employees with mental health issues to return to work and workplaces to become adaptable and supportive.

A member of the National Training Team with MHFA England, Helen is keen to share her skills and knowledge for the benefit of others. Her ability to actively contribute to the topics of workplace stress, anxiety, depression and OCD, leveraging her first-hand knowledge and experience of these subjects, coupled with her individual approach to leading workshops enables attendees to develop an understanding of the subjects covered and many state that MHFA training is one of the most useful courses they have attended. Helen delivers consistently high quality training and is accredited to deliver 1day, 2 day and 1/2 day Adult, Youth and Higher Education Mental Health First Aid training
