Event description

Description

As part of The University of Nottingham Month of the Mind programme, we are delighted to welcome Caroline Hounsell, Director of Partnerships and Product Development at Mental Health First Aid England.

Mental Health First Aid is an educational course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help a person who may be developing a mental health issue. In the same way as we learn physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to recognise those crucial warning signs of mental ill health.

Caroline will be talking about Mental Health First Aid and it's application within higher education institutions. Join us for this interactive talk and learning experience.

This event is part of The University of Nottingham People and Culture Events Calendar. For more information on this event, please email our events team.
