This certified First Aid for Mental Health 2 day course gives participants the skills and confidence to spot the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges amongst team members in the workplace.

By the end of this Ofqual-regulated 2-day Level 3 course participants will have explored a wide range of mental health conditions and understood the support and help that can be provided by healthcare professionals. It covers the content of both the Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications but is aimed at those who will take on the role of Mental Health First Aider within their workplace.

Adding this qualification to a CV shows employers that an individual understands workplace mental health and can proactively support all members of the organisation. The course is delivered using a variety of techniques that provide the confidence to hold conversations about mental health with colleagues and develop a mental health strategy to support the whole team.
