Mental Health First Aider Training

You will gain a deeper understanding of mental health and the factors affecting wellbeing, as well as learn practical skills to spot triggers and signs of mental health issues. You will develop the confidence to guide colleagues to the appropriate support to recover their mental health.

Included with your course is 3 years access to the MHFAider Support App.

This in-person training will be held at The Henderson Business Centre - free parking and air conditioned room.

The course is 2 full days -14 and 15 October 2025
