All our speakers have lived experience of mental health concerns and or / as service users. We have a range of topics and subject areas and amongst the extensive list of varying topics include people sharing their stories about:
- Mindfulness Meditation
- Eating Disorders
- Open Dialogue
- Peer Support
- Coping through Football
Plus much more!!
All the speakers will be speaking from thier own unique experiences; sharing their personal stories of useful treatments, services and approaches to care that helped them along in their recovery journeys.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No ID required. Minimum age for attendees is 18.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is no parking onsite, however there is some free parking on side roads. The nearest station is Leyton underground station on the central line. The venue is a 7 minute walk from there.
What can I bring into the event?
There will be talks, seminars and workshops. You may want to bring a pen and note pad.
There will food able to purchase i.e. sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Complementary tea and coffee will be available during break times.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No. We prefer everyone that attends to have registered as it helps us to monitor numbers. Please do cancel if you are unable to attend afterall - this would really help us out.
