Mental Health in the workplace
This training gives attendees knowledge of wellbeing, general mental health symptoms, how these affect people's lives, how to help and hold conversations and where to get support locally. The training looks in depth at depression and anxiety and develops listening skills with practical exercises and case studies. There are lots of opportunities for questions & answers and attendees will be well equipped to help and support someone with mental health issues within the workplace
Free parking available to the front of the building. All visitors to sign in at reception.
Refreshments will be provided – Tea, coffee, water and squash.

You can choose from a selection of hot and cold options on the van or if you want something specific, use the telephone order service (up to 10am) for delivery on the day BUT please remember if you place a special order you are responsible for payment even if you do not collect it. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated.
The service operates 12pm to 12.45pm from the catering van in the rear courtyard – you will need to be escorted by a member of NSDC staff due to a number of security doors.
Payment is cash only and it shouldn’t cost any more than £3.50 (Drinks, snacks and confectionary will be extra)
