Although the official meeting starts at 6.30pm, the Oracle Shopping Centre are kindly providing light refreshments in addition to the Management Suite. Therefore, the function now starts with refreshments from 6.00pm onwards. Please try and join the Ethical Reading Directors and the fellow attendees from this time onwards.

Firstly, sorry about the short notice of this meeting.

After a very successful launch of Ethical Reading and the announcement that “Mental Health in the Workplace” will be a key focus for 2018, a number of you expressed interest in an involvement in taking this project further. Please note that to us the workplace includes all places of work including schools, colleges and universities.

To this end, we are holding an inaugural meeting to plan the way forward.

We are looking to learn more about everyone’s experience, activities and, most importantly, people’s views.

At the conclusion, we are hoping you will volunteer to join a “task-force” to take this project forward and create positive change in Reading.

The Directors look forward to you joining this meeting.

Directions to The Management Suite:

The Management Suite is located on Level 1 of the Holy Brook Car Park. The easiest access is via the bank of lifts at the Holy Brook Entrance on the Lower Mall opposite Hugo Boss. Exit the lifts on level 1, turn right and go through the set of doors, the entrance to the Management Suite is on the right just before the car park. Alternatively, if you go to the customer service desk located on the Lower Mall opposite House of Fraser they can give you directions.
