Description

Morgan Hunt is proud to be working in partnership with Durham University Procurement Service to hold our Mental Health and Wellbeing Masterclass with David Beeney, Founder of Breaking the Silence (pictured above), to talk practically about getting the foundations right for mental health and wellbeing strategies.

We are also pleased to have Jane Austin, HR Director of Wave, to speak about the journey Wave have been onto create a kinder culture in their workplace and how they have achieved an award-winning wellbeing programme with little budget but huge passion.

Jane Austin

David will give helpful insights into developing a strategy around Mental Health & Wellbeing for the workplace. Themes include creating a kinder culture of trust where managers feel confident to ask employees about their wellbeing.
