Event description
This Masterclass will provide participants with the knowledge, understanding, and competence to manage mental health at work.

About this Event

A report by the Mental Metal Health Foundation demonstrated that the value added by people with mental health problems in the workforce is greater than the costs arising. According to the report, 86% of all respondents believed that their job and being at work was important to protecting and maintaining their mental health. But while work can be a key factor in supporting and protecting mental health, the report also shows that many employers still lack systems to recognise and address mental health issues at work.

In our Masterclass, Roland Chester will discuss the importance of managing mental health to further promote Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. Through exercises and discussion, you will get a unique opportunity to network with colleagues, learn from each other, and develop action plans.
