Mental Health Mates Leeds

Mental Health Mates Leeds is a free peer support group, open to anyone who wants to walk, talk, connect or simply be around others - without fear or judgement. Whether you're up for a chat or prefer a uiet stroll, you're welcome exactly as you are.

We meet every second weekend of the month, at the Green Cafe at the Mansion in Roundhay Park. Then take a walk around Roundhay before ending up back at the cafe. All are welcome
