Join the discussion about onboarding and how to develop a process that has a vital role in the mental wellbeing of employees

About this event

This is an opportunity for people with responsibility for onboarding to join us for a discussion about connecting this process with mental wellbeing. Only when these are aspects are integrated well can we create a meaningful employee experience that promotes health and performance from the outset. And it clearly demonstrates that you are a company that cares.

This session will be an opportunity to understand how to develop your onboarding process, to equip new employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to be more self-aware of their mental wellbeing, to put into practice going forward.

You will also be able to share examples of good practice and to ask questions about mental health onboarding.

Anna Harrington of Wellbeing & Health in Business has a mission to assist people to live happy healthy lives, with work being the central focus. As a public health nurse, Anna is perceptive of the wider determinants of health and enablers of people living productive, fulfilled and satisfied lives. Practising as an occupational health advisor utilises Anna's skills in balancing both the needs & responsibilities of the individual employee, the employee group and organisation purpose.
