About this event

Join us on this January to learn more about how you can promote and maintain a level of wellness and wellbeing in your life to springboard you to success in 2022!

Both wellness and well-being bear links to health, happiness, and even beauty, and both are essential to maintaining good health—but they’re not quite the same thing.

Wellness is a set of habits and behaviours focused on physical health, while wellbeing is a state of mind that emphasises mental and emotional health.

Both play a crucial role for our mental health. When we feel mentally well, we can work productively, enjoy our free time, and contribute actively to our communities.
