Mental Health Recovery Path

Charlotte Coltman is an author and healer. Her first book, Healing Me So My Children Can Be: The Dark Night of the Soul, pens her mental health recovery from ptsd/trauma. After struggling with her mental health since her teenage years with depression, anxiety, panic attacks & ptsd, in her 40’s, guided by her children, she found a way to heal.

Charlotte will present how she recovered include many different tenets of healing encountered including

• in-utero,
• birth,
• inner child,
• ancestral,
• past life (or multidimensional) regression and
• soul repair.

Since, she no longer experiences depression or panic attacks. Her anxiety, for her is now a guiding gift and a gentle reminder to on the path within. In healing herself, a whole new wonderful world opened up to her. Things not on the visible spectrum but seen through the eyes of clairvoyance, the intuitive knowing of claircognisance and via mediumship to connect beyond the veil.

Charlotte’s talk will offer insights into healing and how to reach a point where we achieve true understanding of our path and purpose here on earth.
