We have all experienced a major life incident in the last 18 months or more, that has impacted every single one of us in one way or another. This has led to increased stress and worry for many of us as we try to manage our day to day lives. From lockdowns and isolation to home schooling, and working from home, to working under strict Covid safety conditions. Now it feels as if we are working in reverse, as we head back to a new normal, in new conditions and working practices. This has meant a lot of pressure for everyone. This session on Coping with Stress is designed to give you some useful tools and techniques to managing your stress, recognising your triggers and finding healthy practices to feel well. Lots of interactive breakouts and discussion and sharing will make it an engaging and dare we say even fun 2 hours.

Please ensure you have your camera and audio on for the session as it is interactive.

The online program now has the capability of offering a live transcript of the training session. If you would like the function to be activated please let the tutor know. Transcripts of the sessions will not be recorded.
