Mental Health & Wellbeing Sessions
The outbreak of Covid-19 has impacted everyone in some way and we understand that it may be stressful and overwhelming. Which is why we are now offering Free online group sessions – to share and learn together basic knowledge of Mental Health and tips on how to take care of your Wellbeing.
What to expect:
- Conversation in a small group around mental health and wellbeing.
- Share a little from your experience - how you are feeling or something that is on your mind.
- Discover facts about how the mind works and learn simple self-help techniques and tips from one another.
Session Rules:
1. Max 5 people - First come, first served. It's only 1 hour so keeping the group small allows everyone a chance to speak and be heard.
2. Please be on-time. I can allow a few minutes for people to join in whilst we get comfortable, however once the conversation is underway it will be too late to join.
3. Please be prepared to participate, not just observe and ideally have your camera on, this way you will benefit more from the conversation.
4. Please don't join just to advertise another event, you are welcome to share what you do with us, but please be mindful to keep it short and respectful.
Please note that these group sessions are not a replacement for counselling or therapy. If you need professional psychological support or if you know someone who is at risk, please call Samaritans 116 123 or contact NHS.
