Event description
Do you live in Telford, Shropshire? Merulae hosts online support groups to support you and your mental health and wellbeing.

About this Event

Are you worried about your mental health and wellbeing or someone you know? A friend, family member or colleague?

A support group provides an opportunity for people to share their personal experience, feelings and coping strategies.

Join Merulae for a virtual support group for your mental health and wellbeing. Each session you can bring questions or scenarios and listen to others. Use this time to come together with others and know you are not alone.

An experience could be:

"I've tried various types of counselling/ talking therapies, nothing works and I still feel the same"

"I feel really empty and numb"

"I've been to the GP and been given medication, it's not working - what next?"

"I've noticed Sarah is really quiet lately, but I'm not sure what to say and I'm worried about her"

"I'm getting so many calls from my members of staff about their worries at the moment, how can I listen and support them?"

"I'm feeling really on edge at the moment and I don't know why"

"My routine has gone out of the window, the kids and husband are now at home and there is tension in the house, it is getting us all down, how can we move forward?"

If you would like to ask a question anonymously to be answered during the group please email: and we can talk through the question during the session, not mentioning your name.

The group will take place via Zoom and a link to the meeting will be sent to you prior to the session. Find out how to join a Zoom meeting here.
