About this event

Mental health is often not addressed, yet it impacts our lives, from our relationships and work to our spirituality and physical well-being.

This workshop is designed to open that conversation in a safe, respectful, and interactive space.

Led by Alimah Nadia Sadiq, an internationally recognised scholar and visiting speaker from the UAE, expect a session where you can learn strategies you can start using immediately including faith-based and practical tools for coping with stress, anxiety, and low mood.

Who should attend:Anyone interested in understanding mental health better, whether for themselves, their family, or their community, and those who want to see how Islamic guidance and modern understanding can work hand in hand.
