About this Event

I am delighted to invite you to my webinar. This is a high energy and punchy 2 hours in which and I will provide you with extensive explanations with regards to the mental health landscape, what mental health looks like and is divided up into four parts:

* Take-aways

I will also introduce you to the use of technology to improve mental health. Learn how to look after your mind!

This workshop focuses on deep relaxation and disconnection techniques to allow you to recharge your brain and provides the ultimate plan to building better mental health.

Who is Bonita? I am a trauma recovery therapist specialising in anxiety, stress, PTSD, flashbacks, fears and phobia. I have a private 1-2-1 practice based in Bedford and work online with international clients. I now have over 2000 hours of trauma recovery therapy and have created the ‘Integrated Therapy System’ which I use with my clients daily because it works. I am a trainer in Trauma, Recovery and the brain, Generalised Anxiety and Panic Attacks and Intrinsic Thoughts and the Inner Critic.
